Overview

This guide outlines navigation and views in the system. 


Navigation sections

The buttons on the left-hand side of the home screen allow you to access the various views.


Matters

To view matters under specific type/s, click on the Matters button and expand the relevant grouping. Once the required type is selected, the matters saved under same will be displayed.



Contacts

To view specific contacts, click on the Contacts button and the role type.  This will display all contacts with that role.


Calendar

It is possible to display and manage both personal and group calendars by selecting/deselecting the relevant options.


Tasks

This section allows you to view outstanding, completed or 'waiting for due date' tasks. It is possible to view all tasks firm-wide or an individual person's task list by selecting the desired option in the drop down menu.



Reports

This view allows you to run, display, print or export various reports.


Search


This view allows you to search for and inside of the various options (1), including creating conflict checks (2).



Did you know...

  • You can set up for the section required to open by default by right-clicking on the relevant button and selecting "Set [section] as Default".
