This guide explains the various menu options in the home screen: Action Bar. 

Home Screen: Action Bar

The Action Bar on your home screen is your easy access point to create most things in EvolveGo including the following:

1. Create a new Matter or Matter Template

Here is where you will go to create a new matter each time.

2. Create a New Contact

3. Create a New Calendar Event

4. Create a new Task

You can create new tasks from the main screen without having to find the matter first.

5. Create a new Phone Message

Phone messages are a very popular tool and make it very easy to manage your inbound messages. 

 

6. Create a new activity

Activities are used to keep a record of your day to day actions throughout the life of a matter and can also be utilised to automate your time billing. 

7. Access to Billing

This tab will take you straight to your Billing & Accounting which will launch in your web browser.

8. Access to AutoTime

AutoTime is a feature that allows the user to automatically generate time billing based on their activity within a matter. This tab will be your direct access to manage and review and AutoTime that has been tracked by EvolveGo.
