Overview

EvolveGo allows you to customise the view of your matters via the Matters tab. 

Matter Listing

All Matters are listed on the Matters tab from the left menu.            

Leads created are visible from this area, selecting Leads will display all leads, this can be narrowed by selecting each Category type 

(1). All existing Matters can be seen on this tab. By selecting Matters all matters will be displayed, this can be narrowed by selecting either the Matter Category or Matter Type.

(2). Matters and Leads that have been worked on recently can be seen in the Recently Viewed section of the work area.

(3). All matters will be displayed in this area, the screen can be sorted by any of the column headings in Ascending or Descending order. 

(4). The view can be personalised by dragging and dropping the columns into the preferred order and size.

If you cannot immediately see the matter you require in the list you can search using the matter number, name or client name and it will appear in a drop down as you type. 

All Matters, Leads, Contacts, Tasks, memos and Events will be displayed, click on the option you need to open. Pressing enter will open the advanced search screen (5).
