Modified on Fri, 7 Jun, 2024 at 11:55 AM

Overview

Connect and sync your Outlook calendar with the system, allowing you to manage calendar events in either one, depending on your firm's preferences.  Any calendar event created in the system will appear in Outlook and vice versa.

It is important to note that the system's calendar will only sync to individual Outlook calendars, not group or shared.

  • If you wish to rename the saved email in the matterselect Prompt to rename emails when allocated to a matter.

Note: Even with the prompt activated, you are still able to send an email without filing to a matter by selecting Skip & continue

You can only sync 1x EvolveGo users to 1x unique Microsoft 365 account.
For example, user A can sync their system calendar to any calendar in their own Microsoft 365 calendar.
However, users A and B cannot sync both of their system calendars to the same Microsoft 365 calendar.

Working with the calendar sync

The calendar sync provides a two-way connection between the system and your Outlook calendar.

  • If you add, edit or delete an event in the system, these changes will be reflected in your Outlook calendar.
  • If you add, edit or delete an event in Outlook or Microsoft 365, these changes will be reflected in the system.
