Managing Calendars and Events

Overview

The EvolveGo calendar allows you to sync directly to Outlook to ensure any Event that you create in EvolveGo will also appear in the Outlook calendar.

Calendar View

1. Select the Calendar icon from the EvolveGo tab.

 


2. Users can select the calendars, individuals or groups, they wish to view. Check the box to the left of the calendar name(1), select the view/layout of the calendar (2), double clicking on a calendar event will open the event or double clicking in an open area will allow users to create a new event (3).


 

3. Labels can be added to existing events to show additional categories of events by right clicking on the Event.

 



 

Creating new Events

Events can be created from the EvolveGo tab, a Matter or any screen that contains the Event icon. 


 


1. Add the details of the meeting/event and click Save. 


 

2. All events can be printed either directly from the Event or by selecting Print from the EvolveGo tab.

 

 

Creating Group Calendars

Group or shared calendars can be created by users to view company wide events with ease. 


1. Select Manage calendars from the Calendar view. 


 

2. Select Create a new Calendar 


 

3. Add the calendar name, select a display colour and select save.
