Intake Forms

Overview


These forms can automate client intake for your firm. It does this by providing a customisable form that is either integrated into your website or sent via email. This form allows potential clients to enquire about your services directly through your website and provide all of their details at the start, instinctively creating the lead in the system with the client's details.


New Lead Form

This form is able to be emailed to a new lead or embedded into your website.  Once completed, a new lead is created automatically in EvolveGo with some of the details entered by the prospect in the form, with the rest of the details being available to add as the lead progresses. 

 

To set it up, go into Settings > Intake Forms (1) section, then the Practice Areas tab (2).  Click Edit (3) on both aspects and complete same, followed by saving (4) the changes:

 

 

You can then go into the Web Enquiry tab and select New Link:

 

 

Pick which form you would like to use (you can test each out to see the content):

 

 

Select the relevant staff member who will be notified after the form is completed and any Google Analytics measurement if relevant.  Then you can either copy the link to send via email to the prospect or you can use the codes to embed them into a website:

 

 

When a prospect fills in the information, the selected person is notified:

 

 

The lead is automatically created and the completed form can be viewed via the Intake tab:

 


 


Reporting

There is a new Intake widget available for the Dashboard (1).  In order to add same, click on the Customise option, then if a secondary Dashboard is needed, click on Add Dashboard (2), followed by Add Widget (3), or simply add the widget to an existing Dashboard.  The Intake widget (5) is available from the Matters (4) section and it’s positioned as needed (6).  Finally, the Dashboard/new Dashboard can be saved (7).  Other users can also monitor all the intake forms completed via the widget:

 



Also, the Lead – Full List report within the Reports main section will include the leads created from the intake forms.

If you would like to see all of the forms available and/or create your own, go into File > Intake Forms:

 

 

Each form can be viewed by opening same:

 

 

If you wish to customise a form, click on the Edit form button, amend name and Duplicate form:
