How to re-install EvolveGo

Re-installing EvolveGo can fix a number of different issues. To re-install EvolveGo, please follow the steps below.


Note 1.  You may be prompted to log back in after the re-installation, so make sure you know your username and password. 


Note 2. You may need to contact your IT team if they have restricted uninstalling or installing software.


  1. Close EvolveGO and all Windows applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  2. Navigate to programs and features (the easiest way to do this is to go to your windows search bar > type in "appwiz.cpl". 
  3. Right-click on EvolveGo > Uninstall (if you are prompted to enter Administrator details which you do not have, contact your IT team). 
  4. After it has finished uninstalling, download the installer here: https://evolvego.support.practiceevolve.com/support/solutions/articles/101000439130-download-evolvego
  5. Run the installer file and follow the prompts.
