Register of Powers and Estates

Overview
This feature allows you to track and maintain a register of Powers and Estates in respect where a law practice or an associate of the practice is acting or entitled to act in relation to trust money.
Adding a Register Of Powers and Estates
1. Navigate to and open the Matter.
2. Select Power and Estates from the Matter Actions menu.
3. Select Add Register Item from the top right menu.
4. Enter Name of Donor/Deceased
5. Enter Address of Donor/Deceased
6. Enter Description of Power
7. Enter Date when power commences.
8. Enter Date Of Death of Deceased.
9. Click Save.
Register Of Powers and Estates Report
The register of Powers and Estates can be run as a report, as follows.
1. Access Reports from the top menu and select Register of Power and Estates in the Trust Compliance section.
2. The report will include details of all Registers of Powers and Estates for the firm.
