Why are fonts changing when creating a PDF in EvolveGo?

You may notice that when you right click a document > create PDF from within EvolveGo, certain fonts are changing.

This is caused when the missing font in not installed on your system, Which causes the conversion to PDF to use a replacement font.

In order for the correct font to appear after converting within EvolveGo, you must install all the required fonts on the document.

You can view all the fonts used on a document by Opening the file --> Go to File --> Info --> Properties --> Advanced Properties

You can then view existing installed fonts by opening font settings.

You will then need to download and install the missing fonts. If you need any assistance doing so, it would be best to contact your IT team for help.

After all missing fonts are installed, converting the file will work as expected.
